Covid Stay at Home Bundle

Wondering what this is all about? We thought we would create a bundle to go with breakfast, lunch and dinner and give you some recipe ideas too to make this easy. We’re even thinking we might host our own version of bake-off with savoury dishes involved too! Watch this space and let us know if you would like to get involved.

In this bundle you will receive:

Breakfast:

Chai Spiced Peanut Butter – this is a great one to go with breakfast, we love it with pancakes, waffles, porridge, oats, granola, bircher muesli and of course toast (with banana and a little extra cinnamon sprinkled on top!)

Lunch:

Smoky Maple Bacon Peanut Butter – we did a collab with our friends at Seitan’s Grill a while ago and came up with the ultimate vegan BLT. Smoky Maple Bacon, Rashers of Seiten, Fresh Sliced Tomatoes, Lettuce and some Vegenaise. Needless to say it went down a storm and we’d definitely recommend making it at home.

Other lunch options that this works well with, is as a drizzle on top of your favourite salad, make a mezze and have as a one of your dips, cook with some tempeh like our friends at Club Cultured do (check our insta) or have a fat sandwich with fillings of your choice.

Dinner:

Chilli Peanut Butter – this is made with fresh Scotch Bonnet Chillis so can take a few moments to kick but once it does there is no turning back. We love it spicy and put this as a topping on our curries, on the side with our roasted squash salads and also add more oil and some fresh garlic and paprika to make it into more of a peanut dressing.
